It’s important to understand what you are looking for in a project
management course and certification. We believe that “the best
project management course” is one that fits your particular
requirements.

management course. It’s the one that will really make a difference
to your career by helping you to bridge knowledge gaps, expand

Start with your needs. Before you type anything into Google, take
a moment to evaluate why you are thinking about training. What

Prioritise Your Goals
You may identify with one or more of these statements, or have
other goals we haven’t mentioned. Either way, you now have your
starting point for finding your best project management course.
Once you have listed all of your goals, it’s time to sort by level of
importance. The simplest way to do this to divide the goals into 2
columns:
Have-to-Have: goals that you must achieve.
Nice-to-Have: goals you are interested in achieving, but are at
the lower end of the priority scale.
As with the first step, try not to overthink this. Complete a first draft
quickly to see how many goals fall into the “have-to-have” column.
You can always revise this at a later point in your research.

“I Need to Maintain my PMP® Credential”
Maintain your PMP® Credential with our Project Management Training...
The recertification cycle period for PMP® credential holders is 3 years. Your recertification cycle starts
on the day you pass your exam. In order to maintain their credential, PMP® credential holders must
earn 60 PDUs within a 3 year recertification cycle.
PDUs or Professional Development Units are a measuring unit used by the PMI® to quantify the
amount of approved learning and professional service activities undertaken by a PMI® credential
holder within a given period (nominally the 3 year certification cycle).
Each 1 hour of professional development activity is equivalent to 1 PDU. As an R.E.P, Professional
Development can award PDUs which you can allocate against your PMP® credential.
