2 How to Complete your Individualized Advisement Plan for Junior/Seniors who can graduate before the end of Summer 2018 (includes native and transfer students). Step 7: Check your MyCSUEB and Horizon e-mail regularly for any important messages regarding your graduation application. Step 6: After completing your on-line graduation application, please contact your major and minor (if applicable) advisors to initiate a graduation check form. Your advisor will submit your graduation check form to the graduation evaluation of_ice for further review. Step 5: Make an appointment with your major advisor to review major coursework and schedule any remaining major coursework in your Individualized Advisement Plan. Your major advisor will advise you when you eligible for graduation. Step 4: Make an appointment with an AACE advisor to review GE coursework and university graduation requirementsand schedule any remaining requirements in your Individualized Advisement Plan. Step 3: If applicable, submit any additional external transcripts to the Of_ice of the Registrar. Step 2 : Register and pass WST as soon as possible. Step 1: Run your degree audit report (DAR) to determine completed and still required GE and/or major requirements. Make sure your transfer credit is posted in your DAR (if applicable). Transfer credit will be posted in two terms; check MyCSUEB to see if your transfer credit has been posted.
