How  to  configure  LTE  on  HTC  One  smartphone  for  Fastlink.  

 

 

 

1-­‐ Press  dial  (the  phone  icon)  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2-­‐  Dial  *#*#4636#*#*  and  press  “Call”  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3-­‐  This  menu  will  appear,  press  “Phone  information”  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4-­‐  a  new  menu  will  appear,  scroll  down,  until  you  see  

“GSM/WCDMA/LTE  auto”,  tap  on  it.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5-­‐  This  menu  will  appear,  select  “LTE  only”

8-­‐  Go  to  “Mobile  Networks  ”

10-­‐  This  menu  will  appear,  select  “Menu”  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

11-­‐  Select  “New  APN”  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

12-­‐  This  menu  will  appear,  select  “Name”  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

13-­‐  Type  “fastlink”  in  small  letters,  and  press  OK.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

14-­‐    Select  “APN”  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

15-­‐  also  type  “fastlink”  in  small  letters  and  press  OK.  

 

 

 

 

 

16-­‐  you  should  see  the  APN  created  like  this.  Make    

sure  the  button  on  the  right  is  pressed  and  blue.    

Press  the  back  button  on  the  phone,  only  once.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

17-­‐  tap  on  “Select  automatically”  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

18-­‐  A  notification  will  appear  telling  you  that    

           “Request  was  successful”.  And  you  should  see  the    

           “4G”  icon  (or  “LTE”  in  some  phones)  on  the  top  

           of  your  screen.
