How to Set Up a Guest Survey

on your Hotel App

(1) In the “Hotel Content” drop-down menu,

click on “Questions.”

(2) Select your preferred language,

then click “Add Question.”

(3) Type in your question and click “Save.”

Note: Remember the question should ask for a rating.

(4) To ensure your question is live

and visible on your app‘s guest survey confirm the “Enable” box is checked

(5)Your guests can now access the guest survey via

the concierge menu on the app.

(6) It’s now a simple matter for your guests to

complete your survey on their hotel app

Congrats!Your new survey is

now live on your app and website.
