3.HOW TO SECURE YOUR SITE

Website security explained

When you visit an online store, you’ve probably noticed the https:// in the url. This means the website is secure. To have a secure website, you must have a security certificate (SSL). This signifies that when someone visits your site or designated pages, any submitted information is encrypted.

If you tried visiting your new WordPress site, you probably ended up seeing an error message. This is because your site is set-up to be secure. The problem is there is no security certificate installed yet. Not a problem.

Go to the next slide to learn how fix this now with a FREE one-click install SSL.
