How to: Using the Auto Reply on WeChat

WeChat’s Auto Reply feature allows businesses with an official account to

personalize their interactions with fans.

After logging into your official account, on the upper lefthand

corner of your admin platform, there is a functions button. Click “Auto

Reply”.

The first button is the welcome message. This is the message fans

will receive when they first subscribe to your account. Keep it light and brief; you don’t want to bombard

your fans as soon as they follow you.

Road Map Button

The Road Map provides direction for your fans, showing them how to

interact with your account. Put in an image that includes several of your

auto reply keywords

Keywords trigger a specific message that can be unique for each keyword.

There’s no such thing as too many keywords- get creative!
