Exercise 1:
Dot On The Wall
Standing or sitting on a straight backed chair Choose any small dot on a wall Eye level and one arms lenght away Open your eyes completely Spend 3 to 5m looking at that dot without
BLINKING, TWITCHING THE EYELIDS and MOVING YOUR GAZE
3m to 5m for the next 7 days (twice a day) Finish with palming
