How to Download the RN

Application

Using Chrome as your browser, open the application from the webpage.

Do *not* fill the application out on the internet, as data will *not* be saved. Instead, save it as a downloaded file on your own computer.

Open your downloaded file. Click on the application and then open with the “Open with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC” tab in the top bar. Complete the form in this format.Save and send as an attachment to the email in the application.

Notes

If you are using an Apple computer, make sure you aren’t in “Preview” which is the default mode.

If you saved your application in the correct format, you’ll see that your overall app points add automatically on the final page.

You will know it’s still a fillable pdf because when the file is reopened, you should be able to still manipulate the information in the fillable cells.
