How to download your Tax Form

1. Log into your SogoTrade account on a PC or MAC. Go to “My Account” -> “Account History”

2. A new window opens: SogoTrade’s Account Access Portal. Go to “Tax Forms” and click the “Go” button.

Note: To retrieve a tax form before 2015, hover the cursor over “Tax Forms” and click “Historical Tax

Forms”.

3. A new window titled “Secure Mail” will display. Click “Tax document” to download your tax form.

Note: If multiple tax forms appear for the same tax year, there were corrections made. Refer to the

most recent tax form available.

How to disable Pop-Up Blockers

If you don’t see the new window after clicking the “Go” button, you need to turn off your pop-up blocker.

Please find your browser ( Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome) and follow these instructions.

Internet Explorer

After clicking the “Go” button, there will be a message in red “Online Tax form is displayed in a new window”

and a warning message at the bottom of the window “Internet Explorer blocked a pop-up from

online.apexclaring.com”.

Now, click “Options for this site” -> “Always allow”

After clicking “Always allow”, the page will refresh and the “Online tax form is displayed in a new window”

message will disappear. Click the “Go” button again to see the new window as follows.

Now, click “Tax Document” to download the tax form.

The system will prompt “Do you want to open or save…..” at the bottom of the window. Choose “Save” to save

your tax form.

Mozilla Firefox

After clicking the “Go” button, there will be a message in red “Online Tax form is displayed in a new window”

and a warning message right below the web address bar “Firefox prevented this site from opening a pop-up

window”.

Now, click “Options”, and choose “Allow pop-ups for pensonsso.sogotrade.com”

The “new window” will appear after you allow pop-ups. Click “Tax Document” to download the file.

After clicking “Tax Document”, the following download window will display. Click “OK” to save your tax form.

Chrome

After clicking the “Go” button, there will be a message in red “Online Tax form is displayed in a new window”

and a warning message on the right side of the web address bar .

The pop-up blocked warning disappears after 3 seconds, leaving only the icon.

Click the icon, choose “Always allow pop-ups from https://pensonsso.sogotrade.com/”, and click

“Done”.

Now, click the “Go” button again. The “new window” as below will appear. Click “Tax Document” to download

the tax form.

After clicking “Tax Document”, the file will be automatically downloaded and display at the bottom of the

window. Left-click the file to view your tax form.

Not sure what browser you are using?

Go to http://www.whatsmybrowser.org/. It will tell you “You’re using ___________”.

The following is an example showing that you’re using Chrome (55 is the version number).

Now, select your browser ( Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome) and follow the instructions to

download your tax form.
