Limited Liability Company

• This type of company can be established by two or more partners

Closed Joint Stock Company

• The company can be registered by at least two members

• The liability of the members is set to their contributions

• The partners cannot sell their shares to the public

General Partnership

• This type of company can be established by at least two partners

• The company do not require a minimum share capital to be established

• The members are general• The partners share the partnership's profit

Limited Partnership

• The company do not require a minimum share capital to be established

• At least one partner is general and one is limited

Individual entrepreneur

• This company does not have to assume a legal entity status

• This company implies having maximum three employees and full liability for the owner.

• There is no distinction made between the owner and the company.

Steps for company formation in Belarus

• Providing a unique name for the company• Receiving a certificate of authenticity from

the Ministry of Justice • Providing a set of identification documents• Drafting the registration documents • Opening a bank account• Submitting the company registration

documents with the State Registry

Necessary documentation and information

• providing passport copies of the shareholders and directors

• setting-up a bank account for the injection of the share capital

• providing at least 50% of the share capital• submitting the company registration file with

the State Registry
