Requirements: In order to successfully expire the licenses it is mandatory to be logged on as local administrator.
Additionally, when using Microsoft Windows Vista, Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008, both, the
ASExpire program and the AutoStore Process Designer (APD) must be started via right mouse-click
function with “Run as Administrator” selected.
Voraussetzungen: Für den in diesem Dokument beschriebenen Prozess des Entwertens der AutoStore Lizenzen müssen Sie als
lokaler Administrator angemeldet sein. Bitte beachten Sie, dass bei
Verwendung eines der Betriebssysteme Windows Vista, Windows 7 oder Windows Server 2008 sowohl
das Programm ASExpire als auch der AutoStore Process Designer (APD) zusätzlich mittels rechter
Maustaste und “Als Administrator ausführen” gestartet werden müssen.

en tant qu’administrateur local. Veuillez considérer que lors de l´ utilisation d´un des systèmes

You must perform this step only for AutoStore version 5, because this file is already implemented in AutoStore 6
Step 1: Stop the AutoStore service and close all open AutoStore Windows.
Step 2: Download the program to expire the licenses from our FTP Server: ftp://ftp.nsieu.com/nsi/asexpire.zip
Step 3: Extract the archive into your AutoStore installation folder without using any subfolders (see graphic below).
Diesen Schritt müssen Sie nur für Autostore Version 5 ausführen, da diese Datei bereits in Autostore 6 implementiert ist
Schritt 1: Beenden Sie den AutoStore Dienst und schließen Sie alle AutoStore Fenster.
Schritt 2: Laden Sie das Programm von unserem FTP Server, welches die
Lizenzen ungültig werden lässt: ftp://ftp.nsieu.com/nsi/asexpire.zip Schritt 3: Entpacken Sie die Dateien in Ihren AutoStore
Installationsordner, ohne Unterordner zu verwenden (siehe untenstehende Grafik).
Vous devez effectuer cette étape uniquement pour la version AutoStore 5, car ce fichier est déjà implémenté dans AutoStore 6
Étape 1: Terminez le service d’AutoStore et fermez tous les fenêtres AutoStore.
Étape 2: Téléchargez le programme de notre serveur FTP lequel laisse devenir invalide les licences:

Étape 3: Déballez les fichiers dans votre repertoire d’installation AutoStore, sans utiliser des sous-repertoire (voir le diagramme
mentionné ci-dessous).

Step 4: Run the executable ASExpire.exe (see graphic below).

Step 6a: In case you wish to expire single licenses, checkmark the appropriate components in the list.
OR Step 6b: In case you wish to expire the complete server use the “Select all” function to expire the complete server.
Schritt 6a: Um einzelne Komponenten zu “expiren” markieren Sie die Kontrollkästchen der entsprechenden Komponenten.
ODER Schritt 6b: Um den kompletten Server zu “expiren”, klicken Sie auf “Select All”.
Étape 6a: Pour « expirer » de différentes composantes marquez les boîtes de contrôle des composantes correspondantes.
OU Étape 6b: Pour « expirer » le serveur complet, vous cliquez sur «Select All».
Step 7: Click on Expire and save the expiration report.
Schritt 7: Klicken Sie auf “Expire”und speichern Sie den Expiration Report.
Étape 7: Cliquez sur «Expire» et sauvegardéz l’expiration report.

Step 8: After expiring the server you have to create a license report shown from step 8a to 8c. Send it together with the expiration
report and INV-number to NSi Support.
Note: The INV-number is the number you received when licenses where ordered at NSi.
Schritt 8: Nach dem Entwerten der Lizenzen müssen Sie einen License Report erstellen nach den Schritten 8a bis 8c. Senden Sie
diesen zusammen mit dem “Expiration Report” und der INV-Nummer an den NSi Support.
Bemerkung: Die INV-Nummer ist die Nummer, die Sie bei der Bestellung von Lizenzen von NSi erhalten haben.
Étape 8: Après annuler des licences, vous devez fournir un rapport de license après les étapes à 8a à 8c. Envoyez ce avec «
Expiration Report » et le numéro INV au support NSi.
Remarque : Le numéro INV est le numéro que vous avez reçu lors de la commande des licences des NSi.
