How to Fold an Origami Bird

3 Flip over and fold one point open.

7 Reverse the fold for the center of the head.

8 Punch a hole in the center of the back.

4 Fold left point to right point.

5 Fold left point back for one wing.

1 Fold 4” square of paper in half diagonally. 2 Fold the folded edge 1/2" down.

6 Fold right point back, for the other wing.

9 Thread the nylon monofilament through the hole and double knot it close to body. Hang the origami birds on cords set at a variety of lengths along the branches.
