Some are of the opinion that there is no such thing called ‘a dream job’ while some believe that dream jobs exists.
I believe that dream jobs exist in most cases you might need to create yours.

response patterns of an individual.

excitement for something or about doing something. In choosing a career, you just have to make choices based on what you are passionate about, if you are poised to get to the top in your chosen career.

Direct application to companies …
Networking
7 out of 10 jobs are usually not
advertised - they are landed
through the
'hidden job market'.
Networking is the best way to find a job because:
• People do business primarily with people they know and like. Resumes and cover letters alone are often too impersonal to convince employers to hire you.
• Job adverts attract thousands of applicants, which puts you in intense competition with many others. Networking makes you a recommended member of a much smaller pool.
• The job you want may not be advertised at all. Networking leads to information and job leads, often before a formal job description is created or a job announced.
Networking
Pareto Principle
80/20 rule also applies in the job market.
Not more than 20% of the population create and control the jobs
Networking The 80/20 rule
You need to answer these questions:
Who are these 20%
Where do they meet/gather?
How can you connect with them?
How can you leverage on your relationship with them to get a job?
