STARTER KIT
UNIVERSAL MAT can be used anywhereyou work, sit, relax and rest
1. Snap the cord onto theconnecting tab on your Earthing Universal Mat.
2. Insert the end of your EarthingCord into the 3rd hole of agrounded wall outet. Please see cover to test your outlet and make sure it is grounded.
3. Only the snap side of theUniversal Mat and the striped sideof the Mat Cover are conductive.
4. You must make direct skincontact with these surfaces.
UNIVERSALMAT
HALF SHEET can be used to recieve the earth’s energy while you sleep
1. Place the half sheet across your bed—from head to foot for 1 personor across the foot of the bed for 2people. See photo above for 1person and left for 2 people.
2. Snap the cord onto theconnecting tab on your half sheet.
3. Insert the end of your EarthingCord into the 3rd hole of agrounded wall outet. Please see cover to test your outlet and make sure it is grounded.
4. Tuck the lose ends under your mattress and make sure you have direct bare skin contact especially the legs and feet.

GROUND ROD is needed when youroutlet is not grounded. Here’s how to set it up...
1. First push the Ground Rod
directly into the earth (8”-10”). Close to the foundation of the building.
2. Run the cord from the Ground
Rod, under or around a window or door, near where you will be using
your product. Make sure to cover the cord to prevent tripping.
3. Plug the prong end of your cord into the receptical end of
the Ground Rod cord.
4. If you live in a dry area, such as adesert, soak the earth around the Ground Rod from time to time for
