Please note: • A valid LogLink number is needed, including the status of the material (functional or non-functional). The LogLink order must match with the actual material that is presented at the depot.• Always separate functional and non-functional material; do not stack intermixed. • If material is not stacked according to the stacking rules in this document, CC must refuse the stack, or charge a fee for sorting the material.• In case of issues at a depot that cannot be solved on the spot, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the CC head office.
We want to remind you that all the stacking instructions apply to the original CC material. These stacking instructions are established according to the guidelines in the Health and Safety Act at work. These guidelines do not apply for the non-original CC material.

How to stack functional CC Eurocontainer bases
Step 1: Remove the posts from the base.
Step 2: Stack up the bases to a maximum of 10 bases. Make sure all the swivel wheels are on the same side.
How to stack functional CC Eurocontainer 1.10 m posts
Step 1: Put 4 functional 1.10 m posts in a functional base.
Step 2: Place 2 functional shelves to strengthen the stack. (1.1)
Step 3: Stack 196 loose functional posts on the base. (1.2)
Stack 18 posts on the bottom row. Use the 3+3+6+3+3=18 stacking rule (1.3). Stack 8 rows of 21 posts on top of the bottom row. Stack 10 posts on top. Use this method to make the stack easy countable.

How to stack functional CC Eurocontainer shelves
Option 1: Single stacking
Step 1: Take 1 functional CC Eurocontainer base.
Step 2: Put 4 functional 1.10 m posts in a functional base.
Step 3: Stack the shelves from bottom to top. Stack up to a maximum of 21 functional shelves.
Option 2: Double stacking
Step 1: Take 2 functional CC Eurocontainer bases.
Step 2: Put 4 functional 1.10 m posts in each CC Eurocontainer. That is 8 posts in total.
Step 3: Stack the shelves from bottom to top. Stack up to a maximum of 20 shelves. (bottom stack, 1.4) Stack the other stack up to a maximum of 22 shelves. (upper stack, 1.5)
Step 4: For this step there are 2 people and a forklift truck required. 1 person controls the forklift truck. The other person guides the stack. Use a forklift truck to lift up the stack of 22 shelves and place it on the stack with the 20 functional shelves. In total you have a stack with 42 functional shelves.
