Be professionalYou have to be professional if you aren’t

you wont be treated respectfully in your reply

Rule # 6

Don’t criticize through emailDon’t argue through email if you need to

do it face to face

Rule # 7

Make sure they reply fast if it is important

You have to say something on the title of your email if you need them to respond quickly

Rule # 8

Don’t send chain lettersDon’t send chain letters your boss or

friends probably don’t have time for nonsense

Rule # 9

Proof read it before you sendProof read it before you send people

don’t want to have errors in emails or documents

Rule # 10

Don’t reply to allDon’t reply to all you just need to reply to

the person who sent you the email, people don’t need junk mail in their in box
