back leg.
4. Keep a balanced stance with weight shifted to back leg.
5. Step at the pitcher keeping head and upper body steady
6. Plant your Foot and Rotate body, throw hands down at the
ball.
7. At contact arms should form a V shape called the power V.
8. Follow the ball with your eyes as you finish your swing around
your body.
