Events that WOW!Have an assigned events coordinator. Brainstorm! Plan ahead…WAY ahead!Take a vote. An empowered staff is an engaged staff.Have an events calendar & closet. Keep both stocked.

Lessons LearnedGot partners? Start working with them early. As in NOW.Make data collection a PRIORITY.Always look for new ways to work with the Community.Team engagement is vital too-but it must be sustainable.Expect success…and staff for it.
