Follow these steps steps integrate Live Chat button on Opencart Ecommerce website:

Step 1: Download the Opencart plugin provided by eAssistance PRO

Step 2: Login to your eAssistance Pro account

Step 3: Download the eAssistance Pro Open Cart module, unzip the file and open the folder contents.

Step 4: Upload the contents i.e. admin and catalog folder in your Open Cart website.

Step 5: Now login to your Open Cart account and go to 'Admin' section.

Step 6: Select "Extensions' and then go to 'Modules' and click 'install' on eAssistance Pro Live Chat.

Step 7: Now you need to edit the module settings. Click 'Edit'.

Step 8: Go to 'My Account' section in eAssistance Pro website and click on 'Get Chat Code'.

Step 9: Copy the preferred chat code and paste the chat code into eAssistance Pro Live Chat Code text area.

Step 10: Configure this module to show w.r.t template section where Chat Button is to be displayed.

Step 11: Save your current changes and take a look at your Live site.
