1.Employees of BOB/EDB/EVB (Having Domain Id)

You can login in Baroda Gurukul through internet PC or

through your android / iOS mobile phone by downloading the

Baroda Gurukul Application.

1.1. Web Login :

a. To Log in Baroda Gurukul on Web, you have go to on

http://barodagurukul.co.in/

b. After that click on “With Domain ID” option.

c. After that, Organizational Login page will open.

d. Enter your Domainid@bankofbaroda.co.in as your User ID &

your Domain/Payroll password as password as shown in below

image.

e. After that Click on Sign In.

f. Please note, in case you have forgotten your domain/payroll

password, you can reset the same using UCMR menu in Finacle

or please contact Mail Administrator on

mail.admin@bankofbaroda.com.

1.2. Baroda Gurukul Application :

Go to Google Play Store & download Baroda Gurukul Application

or go to below mentioned link,

a. After installing Baroda Gurukul mobile app, you will be prompted

to enter your Login ID and Mobile Number (as registered in HRMS).

After that click on Generate OTP button.

b. If Mobile no is not registered in HRMS, you will be asked to

update your mobile no., which please do.

c. After successfully entering your Login ID and mobile number, OTP

will be generated and sent to your Mobile number. You will have to

SUBMIT that OTP.

d. After entering OTP, you will be asked to set up 4-digit PIN. Enter

your 4 digit PIN and click on SET PIN.

e. After entering 4 digit PIN, you will get PIN confirmation screen. Now

click on SIGN IN button.

f. You will move to main login screen. Please enter your new PIN

and click on LOGIN.

2.Other Users who do not have Domain ID

Bank Employees who do not have Domain ID – Password like

sahayak(s), users from International Territories & Baroda

Manipal School of Banking Users can have access of Baroda

Gurukul.

a. Go to http://barodagurukul.co.in

b. After that Click on “OTHERS”

c. Following screen will appear. Enter your ID / Password as shown

in the below image.

d. Your Id/Password have been sent to you over SMS / Email by

Baroda Gurukul Team.

e. You can also get your Id/Password by contacting Baroda
