Egg Curry Recipe
Cooking Ingredients
Eggs hard boiled 4
Spinach leaves , blanched & pureed 2 medium bunches
Tomato pureed 3 medium
Fresh cream ¼ cup
Red chili powder ½ tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Cooking Ingredients
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Cumin powder ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Ginger paste 2tsp
Girlic paste 4 tsp
Onion paste 4 medium paste
Oil 2 tsp
All Ingredients
Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan
As when oil is heated add Garlic paste 4 tsp , Ginger paste 2tsp
Now cook this ginger and garlic paste for 2 to 3 minutes
Add onion paste and cook this until the mixture comes as golden color
Now add tomato pureed into the mixture
Cook the tomato pureed well
Now add spinach pureed to it
Cook it for around 5 to 6 minutes in a medium heat
Now we will add
Red chili powder ½ tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Cumin powder ½ tsp
Cumin powder ½ tsp
Salt
Now stir this mixture well and cook this another 2 to 3 minutes
Our gravy is already cooked we will add some fresh cream into it
Stir this mixture again
Gently put the eggs into the mixture and cook for 2 to 3 minutes
Your Egg Curry is ready to serve
