Ingredients• Lamb – I kg (lean version and minced)• Egg – 1• Green chilli paste – 2 tbsp• Onion – 1 (finely chopped)• Coriander powder: 1 tbsp• garam masala – 1 tbsp• Coriander – 1 bunch, freshly chopped.• Salt – as per taste
To Prepare Vadas• Take a large bowl and place the minced lamb on it.• Now add the rest of the ingredients and mix the mince lamb
with your hands. Just the way you dough flour.• After mixing all the ingredients thoroughly, make sure that
you knead it some more for that “lace” texture. This will ensure that the kebab ahs a uniform taste throughout.
• Now take out your skewers and for the minced meat into kebab shapes.
• Place this skewer over hot charcoals and grill and cook until the kebab is prepared.
• Go on turning the kebab on both the sides after some time so that it is thoroughly cooked.
• Once done, serve hot.
