Moong Dal Halwa Recipe
Cooking Ingredients
Split green gram, Soaked & pressure cooked -1 cupCondensed milk 1/2 cupGhee 1 cupSuger 3/4 cup A pinch of green cardamom powderPistachios , Chopped 8 to 10Almonds , Chopped 8 to 10
Take one cup of ghee in a hot non sticky pan
Now add Split green gram, Soaked & pressure cooked Moong Dal
-1 cup to the boiled ghee
Now boil and mix this this mixture well again until the color turns into golden
Add Suger 3/4 cup into the mixture
Add Condensed milk 1/2 cup and stir the mixture well
Add A pinch of green cardamom powder
Add Pistachios , Chopped 8 to 10 to the mixture
Add Almonds , Chopped 8 to 10
Now your delicious Moong Dal Halwa is ready to serve .
