Delicious
You Will NeedINGREDIENTS
PretzelsDark ChocolateMarshmallows (I used Pascall brandwhich is widely available in Australia)Baking paper and tray
Step OneGETTING TOASTED
1. Lay pretzels down on a baking traylined with baking paper.2. Cut a regular marshmallow in half andplace on top of the pretzels3. Place under a light grill until the crustis slightly brown. This should take a fewminutes.
Step TwoMELTING MOMENT
4. Remove from oven and press a pieceof chocolate into the centre, allowing themarshmallow to enclose it slightly. Makesure the chocolate is level and centre soit doesn’t run off the marshmallow whenit starts to melt.
Step ThreePRESSING
5. Put the tray back in the grill and cookuntil the chocolate is soft but still holdsits shape (if it has branding on the top,you still should see the imprint).6. Remove from the grill and gentlypress a pretzel on the top to sandwich ittogether.
Step FourPRESSING
7. Allow to cool and set on the tray. Thisworks best at room temperature, however if you’re in a hurry, put them inthe fridge.8. Once set, remove from the bakingpaper using a regular butter knife andplace on a platter to serve.
