Font Type: to Change the font face

Font Size: to Change the font size

Grow Font: to increase the font size

Shrink Font: to decrease font size

Clear Formatting: to clear all formatting from the selected text, leaving only the plain text.

Bold: to make the selected text bold

Italic: to Italicize the selected text

Underline: Underline the selected text. Draws a line under the textStrikethrough: draw a line through the middle of the selected text

Change Case: to change all the selected text to UPERCASE, lowercase, Or oTHER COmmON capitalizationText Highlight Color: to make the text look like it was marked with a highlighter pen

Paste: to paste the contents of the Clipboard

Format Painter: Copy formatting from one place and apply it to another place

Text Align: to locate the text on the page, on right, left, middle and justify.

Numbering: to add numbering or bullets to the text.

Indent: to control the indent level of the paragraph.

Text Direction: to set the direction from right to left or left to right.

Line Spacing: to change the spacing between lines of the text.

Sort: to sort the data alphabetically or numerically.

Outside Borders: to put borders to the selected text or paragraph.
