TERMS AND CONDITIONS1. Date of order must be between 06/27/2019 and 09/25/2019. All orders made before or after these dates will not be eligible for this Rebate offer.

Residential customers in the U.S. must order from an authorized HughesNet Dealer or Sales Agent and be officially extended the rebate. Residential customers in Puerto Rico are eligible from all participating sales sources. Certain geographical areas are not eligible to receive offer. Service activation requires standard credit approval. HughesNet Services will be subject to terms of standard HughesNet Subscription Agreement, including minimum terms and early termination charges.

2. Rebate is applicable to purchase or lease customers who are billed directly by Hughes and who were officially extended the rebate offer at time of order. Purchases from HughesNet Value-Added Resellers (VARs) who bill service to their customers do not qualify. Rebates do not apply to Dish TV/HughesNet bundle sales.

3. Customer’s HughesNet account must be active and current (paid to date) at the time rebate is issued. If account is closed during rebate processing period, rebate will automatically be disqualified.

4. Customer must provide all required materials noted on this rebate claim form and copies of the first and second month’s HughesNet invoices. All supporting documents must be postmarked/uploaded by 12/26/2019. No late submissions will be honored or acknowledged.

5. Hughes will not be responsible for claims which are lost, damaged, illegible, misdirected, or delayed in the mail. Please keep copies of all documents submitted UNTIL PREPAID CARD IS RECEIVED.

6. INCOMPLETE DOCUMENTATION OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE CLEAR IMAGES OF YOUR FIRST TWO HUGHESNET INVOICES will be deemed as non-compliant and will forfeit your right to the Rebate.

Servicio de activación requiere un estándar de aprobación de crédito. 2. El reembolso solo aplica a clientes que compran o rentan el Sistema HughesNet de Agencias Autorizadas HughesNet o Agentes de Venta HughesNet para los que HughesNet factura directamente de Hughes y los que se les ofrecio el reembolso al momento de ordenar. Compras a re-vendedores HughesNet a los cuales no se le factura directamente de HughesNet no califican. Reembolsos no aplican a ventas de paquetes de Dish TV/HughesNet.

3. La cuenta del cliente HughesNet debe estar activa y al corriente (pagada a la fecha) al momento de la solicitud de reembolso. Si la cuenta esta cerrada durante el proceso de la solicitud de reembolso, el reembolso será descalificado automáticamente.

4. Los clientes deben proveer todo el material requerido anotado en este format de reembolso y copias de las facturas HughesNet de su primer y segundo mes. Todos los documentos de soporte deben ser marcados/cargados antes de 26/12/2019. Registros después de la fecha no serán honorados o reconocidos.

5. Hughes no se hara responsable por reclamos que sean perdidos, dañados, ilegibles, maldirigidos, o retrasados en el correo. Favor de Mantener copias de todos los documentos emitidos HASTA QUE RECIBA SU TARJETA.

6. DOCUMENTACION INCOMPLETA O FALLAR AL PROVEER IMAGENES CLARAS DE SU primeras dos FACTURAS HughesNet serán puestas como no-completadas y descalificara su derecho al reembolso.

7. Reembolso aplica solo a Nuevos planes de Servicio HughesNet durante este periodo promocional (REEMBOLSO NO APLICA EN PRODUCTO REGRESADO) permitir de 8 -10 semanas para completar el reembolso. HughesNet y Sistemas de Red Hughes no se hacen responsables por pérdida o robo de tarjeta prepagada.
