Select the “Click Here to Login” as NC State Student to begin.
Use your NC State Unity ID and password to log in.
Use the link in green to start a submission. Use the white “Edit” link to add to your submission.
Select your institution from the drop down menu. If your institution is not listed, send an email to [email protected].
Confirm that your information is correct.
