Decide Sole Proprietor or Corporation.
Prepare necessary identifications.
Proceed to the nearest DTI office to get a Certificate of Business
Registration.
What to bring:
• List of your three choices of preferred business name.
• Your Tax Identification Number• Payment
Proceed to the Barangay Hall where your business is located to register with the
barangay where your office or establishment is located and to get a barangay clearance.
What to Bring:
• Two valid ID’s• Certificate of Business Registration from the
DTI• Proof of address (Contract of Lease or
Certificate of Land Title)
Proceed to the City Hall to register your business with the city where your office
is located and get a Mayor’s permit.
• Two Valid ID’s• Certificate of Business Registration from DTI• Proof of Business Address (Contract of Lease or
Certificate of Land Title)• Barangay Clearance
Proceed to the BIR Office is to register your business with the city where your office is
located and get a BIR permit.
What to bring
• BIR Form 1901 Registration for Sole Proprietor• Proof of Business Address (Contract of Lease or Certificate of
Land Title)• Barangay Clearance• Mayor’s Permit• Certificate of Business Registration from DTI
Books and Receipt. Still with the BIR, obtain a certificate of Authority to Print (ATP) Form, print receipts and invoices at BIR-accredited print shops and to get your books of account and printer’s certificate of Delivery Receipts and Invoices (PCD) stamped by the BIR.
• You can buy receipts from bookstores or you can purchase them directly from any BIR offices.
