HowTo Sign Up for Volunteer Hours

1. Log into your account

2. Find the meet event or social event for which you wish to volunteer. a. NOTE: we will be opening up volunteer opportunities about one week prior to a meet. I will send

out an email when the job sign-up is available. b. Remember, some jobs require certification. Those jobs will be noted on the list.

3. Click on the “Job Sign-Up” button next to the event.

4. Please read instructions highlighted below:

5. Select the job for which you would like to volunteer. NOTE: some of the positions “earn” you more hours. Please make sure you can fulfill your obligation or please find a substitute if an unforeseen conflict arises. Also NOTE: some of the positions are able to be fulfilled outside of the actual swim meet. Great opportunities for those with smaller children that must be watched during the meets.

6. Pick the job you want by clicking the box next to the desired position and then clicking the Sign-up box at the bottom.

7. At that time you will be ask you for additional contact info. Please enter your cell phone number so that we may be able to access you on the day of the meet.

8. IMPORTANT – PRINT YOUR JOB SUMMARY

9. You will bring this Job Sign-up Summary to the meet. At the computer table, Mary Shaheen will “check you in” to receive your volunteer hours.

Please let us know if you have any questions. Remember that each family is required at least 15 volunteer hours. For those families with two or more swimmers, you will be required to volunteer 20 hours. As you can see, these hours are easily obtainable…and fun!
