Delivery:Standard delivery on all orders is 5 – 7 working days with a standard delivery charge of £4.50/ €7.25. For your first online order the delivery is free.

How to Pay:All invoices are due for payment within 14 days, subject to your account being approved for credit, otherwise invoices are to be paid at time of ordering. Your invoice will be included in the box with your delivery The easiest way to pay is online at www.oriflame.co.uk or www.oriflame.ie. Within My Pages click on Quick Links > Shopping Reports > Finance option and you can then click pay on any invoice you wish to pay. There are no charges for using

debit cards. You can also call Customer Care and pay over the phone using the numbers above. If you wish to pay by bank transfer using in-bank services the bank details are printed on your invoice. Please do not pay at the Post Office.

Your own personal name bank is a ready source of potential recruits. Never be judgemental, ask everybody on your list if they would like an opportunity. If they say no then again ask ‘who do you know who might be interested’. To help you get started, first write in the names of all your family members. Next add all your friends, neighbours and work colleagues. If you go to the Gym, are part of a club or just enjoy socialising there will be lots of people who you can show a catalogue too. If you do the ‘school run’ write down the names of all the other Mum’s you see each day.

Everyone at Orif lame is given their own website. Here are the basic steps of how to set it up and where to f ind the most popular sections.

Step 1: Log In Click ‘Log In’ in the top right corner of our homepage. A pop-up box will appear where you can enter your details.Step 2: My Pages Dashboard On the right side there is a drop down menu called ‘Quick Links.’ Click ‘Create My Homepage.’ Step 3: PHP Agreement If you agree to our Homepage Terms and Conditons, accept to proceed. There is a link to our full T&C’s in blue.Step 4: Choosing your Homepage Name Select a name for your Homepage, this will be used in your domain link when sharing your page.

Step 5: Edit your Homepage Here is the hub for editing your page. On the left hand side, there is a panel called ‘My Profile Settings.’ You can add and edit your contact details, images for your page and a welcome message.

Step 6: My Profile Settings There are more variables you can edit within your page, such as adding HTML and sub pages. You can add Tips & Tricks, activities you have coming up and links to things related to your Oriflame Business.

You are ready! You can tweak and edit your page to look exactly how you prefer. Be sure to regularly update your shop so you can give up-to-date recommenda-tions and reviews on current products. Provide links to beauty blogs where Oriflame is featured and be sure to list your events. This is your shop window for your Oriflame Business, create it to represent you. Oriflame Academy There are several areas of training available, such as Beauty Trainings to help you learn more about our products, Wellness webinars to help you sell Wellness and unerstand its many benefits and Oriflame Opportunity meetings - the entrance to Orif lame. GROUP MANAGER The first level of management and the first position at which you begin to earn commission on your team.

What do you need To become a Group Manager you need a minimum of 4 Direct Consultants (personal recruits) plus yourself and a minimum of 1000BP (£1300/€1800 sales) from your team. Obviously the more people you have in your team the easier it is to attain these figures. On average Group Managers need a minimum of 10 spare hours weekly to maintain their business.

How to start Firstly talk to your up-line Manager about your interest in becoming a leader. They are there to help and guide you. Most people then start to build their team by asking friends, neighbours, relatives, workmates ‘who would be interested in a part time earning opportunity?’ The more people you talk to about the opportunity the more interest you will generate. Once you have started recruiting people into your team ensure that you ask all your recruits who they know would be interested. Referrals from existing people is always the best way of finding new Consultants.

Name Bank Your own personal name bank is a ready source of potential recruits. Never be judgemental, ask everybody on your list if they would like an opportunity. What are you paid? As a Group Manager you will earn commission on your team based on the BV (invoice value) of their sales. This is the amount that the Consultant pays the company to settle their invoice.e.g if a Consultant has sales of £200/€200 they will receive 30% discount = £60/€60 leaving them to pay the

company the balance of 200 – 60 = 140. The 140 (the BV) is the amount you will be paid commission on.

As a Manager you will receive

• 30% discount on all personal sales regardless of the size of order• 5% commission on the BV of your personal sales*

• 9% commission on the BV of your Direct Consultants (those recruited by you personally)*

• 5% commission on the BV of your Indirect Consultants (those recruited by members of your team)*

The more people you have in the team the greater your sales and the earnings. * To earn Commission as a Group Manager you must have personal orders of at least 40 BP (£52/€72) every Catalogue.

Prospecting There are many ways to prospect and recruit people into your team. The easiest is to talk to as many people as you can about the opportunity. However your up-line Manager is there to help and advise. There are also regular training meetings to help potential Managers learn about the business so watch out for news of these on the company website and webinars.Business & Prospecting aids These are available on the website and can be accessed by logging in and going to the ‘Sales support’ section which will give you information about help for your business and advertising material.

DISTRICT MANAGER The District Manager level is the position at which you begin to see a significant increase in your earnings and you would generally need a minimum of 12 hours weekly to devote to running the business.

What do you need?To reach District Manger you need to have both sales and structure.

Sales: The sales from your entire team need to be 4000BP (£5200/€7200) each Catalogue.Structure: You need to have 2 Direct Group Managers in your team.

Earnings The District Manager is paid commission on the entire team’s sales as listed below: (see illustration below for district manager earnings breakdown) • On their Central team they are paid exactly the same way as a Group Manager• On their Direct Group Managers they will earn 6% of the BV that these teams produce• As a bonus for making District Manager you will also earn an extra 4.5% on the BV of everybody

in your down line.

Sales Support Material There are several materials to help you sell and recruit available to you under Sales Support tab in My Pages. The most important tool is the Oriflame Opportunity Folder, a fantastic way to help you recruit with key information and language to help you when presenting to potential recruits.

1. Add to your NAME BANK every day and grow your potential customers.

2. Never be without catalogues; remember to order in advance. i.e when you order from catalogue 9 order catalogue 11’s, when your order from catalogue 10, order your catalogue 12’s. This way you will be always be able to sell even when you are waiting for your next order to be delivered.

3. Ordersufficientcataloguesandshoweachcataloguetoaminimum of 3 customers every time. It is always better to have too many than too few!

4. Challenge yourself to show a catalogue to at least 5 NEW potential customers every time.

5. DEMO products; every catalogue you will receive a DEMO NEWS with your order where you can purchase products from the next catalogue at dramatically discounted prices. Use these products to increase your sales by showing them to existing and new customers.

6. REMEMBER 100 BP = 30% discount and a FREE gift!
