OUR WORK
In order to improve The Modern Group’s conversions, our
funnel architecture utilised Facebook’s native lead form
function to streamline the user experience, ultimately
increasing the speed and ease of enquiry completion.
With a follow-up Manychat Messenger sequence, users
could view other product offers
The Modern Group was running, which then entered them
into a lead nurturing brand-education follow-up sequence.
Both of these tactics were designed to increase lead flow,
decrease lead cost and boost reception of The Modern
Group during their sales cycle.
The Problem
A family-owned business established in 1988, The Modern
Group is one of Australia’s largest home improvement
providers, with a name and jingle recognised by most.
It’s product and service offerings include a range of
renovation solutions inclusive of Roof Restorations, Roller
Shutters, Plantation Shutters, Outdoor Blinds om more.
The Solution
Modern Group’s goal was to increase product specific leads
and brand perception in addition to increasing the number
of customer touch points with the brand to boost lead to
sale conversion rates.

CASE STUDY: MODERN GROUP
With the new shoe range launch in April, Claxon were able
to increase brand revenue from Google Ads by 506% with
the use of smart creative dynamic remarketing ads,
promotion extensions for search and smart Shopping.
Claxon has elevated Scarletto’s digital approach to include
other platforms outside of social media channels including
Google Ads and LinkedIn advertising, targeting women in
the corporate sector who are a key demographic for the
brand. As a digital growth agency, Claxon is always looking
at how they can increase the potential for their clients to win
through digital channels.
The Problem
Prior to partnering with Claxon, digital marketing efforts by
Scarletto’s were down at the heel. They had not achieved a
satisfactory ROI or growth of the brand in the market.
Scarletto’s campaigns were failing to take advantage of key
opportunities to generate the desired revenue.
The Solution
With Claxon’s digital strategy driving sales from Facebook
traffic and growing revenue for Scarletto’s, the brand was able
to not only increase the volume of sales and overall store
revenue, but also decrease the cost per acquisition of new
customers. This has allowed them to further scale their
advertising budget.

CASE STUDY: SCARLETTO’S
a 152% increase in new customers and a 129% increase in

June 2019 saw LIVIN’s biggest-ever month online, with
138% more purchases from returning customers and a 20%
increase in return on investment.
Claxon’s digital strategy team identified new opportunities
for LIVIN in Snapchat advertising.
By expanding to this channel they’ve been able to engage a
younger demographic and attract new customers with
on-brand video ads showcasing LIVIN merchandise and
spreading the brand message that #itaintweaktospeak.

had failed to drive any significant revenue increase or
organisational growth.
The Solution
Claxon designed and implemented a sophisticated eCommerce
growth strategy to drive exceptional cross-channel performance
for LIVIN. Claxon’s Social Strategy team drove consistent and
impressive growth through these key initiatives. Claxon launched
customer acquisition campaigns that raised awareness of the
brand and activated a cold audience using social proof and

CASE STUDY: LIVIN
The SolutionThe utilisation of inline conversions through the Facebook
pixel allowed for the creation of a hyper-tailored user
journey, where users were retargeted based on their
preferred ‘Purpose of Loan’. This meant when prospects
selected a purpose of loan in their online application (POL),
a custom inline conversion would fire.
If the prospect did not complete the loan application then
they would receive intelligent remarketing content based on
the purpose of loan they selected in the application stage.
This allowed Claxon to speak directly to the customer with
content that supported why they were seeking a loan.
The Problem
Nimble is a leading Australian finance provider using a
sophisticated and automated loan approval process to offer
convenient cash loans.
Nimble were seeking a sophisticated solution to drive
increased online loan applications, while reducing their Cost
Per Acquisition (CPA). In addition they were also looking for
a way to reactivate their significant previous customers
database.
