Pay attention to highlighted Categories tab and Filter tab. They are two main tabs with their own functions. Let’s take a closer look at both of them.

Categories tab - detailed analysis

Categories

Allows you to select an available type of product

04As we have mentioned before, each main tab has its special functions. Most of them are highlighted at the screenshot below.

Templates

Allows you to choose the most suitable style for you (you can order a new customized one from OVOLogics store)

Settings button

In the right edge of the screen allows you to select QR or BAR type of code (works only with Template BAR or QR ).

Filter – consists of:

Category - here you choose the type of the product you need

Brand - here you choose the brand you prefer

Price - here you can set the lowest and the highest price limit by typing or dragging the mouse on the tape.

With this tab you can work much deeper. The general look and main functions are shown below.

If there is a need for you in such details as status, product name, Sku or model you will always have an option for this in filter menu. Notice: to make all changes visible you need to press Apply.

Product list

Here all your filtered products will be shown

Whether to transfer products from Product list to Selected product list or delete them, you need press either Add product/Add all products button or Delete button

Get PDF

After clicking, the generation process starts. It will take some time. That depends on products’ quantity. PDF generation itself is a resource consuming process so it’s not recommended to generate PDF with more than 2000 products at once.

Otherwise you could face some hosting memory/timeout limitations. When generation finished PDF file will be opened in new window. In case of big quantity of products PDF files could be divided into several PDF documents, and they will be packed into single archive

There are two more buttons we haven’t mentioned before. They are: Get PDF and More buttons. They are available for both Categories and Filter tabs.

More button has 2 functions:

Save to File – allows you to save all the changes to your local storage.

Load from File – allows you to load already saved changes from your local storage to generate new PDF
