Let me show you How to used Asana

Type on your Browser ASANA.COM

And it will take you right here

To start, you need to Sign up

Enter your Email Address

Click the Bar on the right to start

A pop up window will appear

To sign up you have an options

You can use your Google Account

Or your personal Email and password

A good thing to use the Google Account

Is that you can access in Google apps

Where you can create Spread sheet/word documents

Or Google Drive to save Files

You have access on them on the cloud

Click sign up Google accounts to start

Log in on your Google account

Enter your Password

Allow asana to access your account

This is what you see after you log in

Next, this Page will appear

Or Click Continue bar below to Proceed

Complete your Profile

Enter your Full Name

Your Organization

Your work Email

Click the Circle to Add your Photo

Documents from your File will Appear

And choose your Photo from your Files

When you done, Click Continue to proceed

Next Enter the Email of your Teammates

Or Click Continue to Add Teammate later

Now here it is!!!

As you see in the Left Side

Here you will see all your Projects

You will see here your teammates as well

Click the Invite people

Or to add/invites a member

You need to enter the name of member

The Email Address of the member

Click Invite bar below to proceed

Click Team Conversation Below the list member

You will see the conversation on your Dashboard

You may write the conversation

Click the post bar below to start conversation

Now you will see your team conversation

Just Click Team Conversation

With your team you will able to discuss

Or share Information each other

Now, Click the Orange button on the top

Pop up will appear

Click Task to Create a New Task

Again, pop up will appear

Type and Enter your Project Name

Enter the name of the Task

Click Below to add Description of the projects

You are able to put a due date

Window will appear to set a due date

You can attached files/ documents

You may get from your computer files

Your Dropbox

Or Google Drive and etc

Click the Bar Button if your done

Back to the dash board

So, Wedding Events is the Projects

Below you will see the task

The Expenses you can put below Pre-task

By putting Column, it create a categories / Pre-task

Click the circle

To assign the task to other teammates

Teammates that you assign on a task

It will show the task in his dashboard

And assign the task to yourself

In the right inside

Click Circle, Beside the name of assignee

You can put the Due Date

You are able to put Sub-task

Click the Last Circle on the top

Window will appear

And you can delete the Sub - Task

You can attached file on your task

You can Add your description below

You can add Comments

All the comments it will show on your inbox

So you can add more task

Just click enter from your First task

This is the task list

You will able to see the all conversation

Click Calendar to see your due date

Your can monitor the progress of Projects

And see the attached file in your task

Now start to be organize

And save your time with asana
