How to view your EOB and Summary EOB

View Your EOB and Summary EOB

To view your claims, begin by clicking the My Claims link under Quick Links. 1

On the Claims Summary page you can search and filter your claims. 2

Click on the Claim Number, to access the Claim Details, where you can view details of how the claim was paid.

At the bottom of Claim Details, you can view the Explanation of Benefits for that claim. 4

Your Explanation of Benefits details medical claims that have processed in the last 30 days. 5

To view your Summary Explanation of Benefits, begin by clicking on Customer Resources. Then under Quick Links, click the Document Center link.

Select the appropriate document from the Document Type drop-down menu listing and click the Search icon.

To view a document, select the document ID number. 8
