Tips On Writing Quality Recommendations1. How do you know the person you’re reviewing: Provide
context for the recommendation.2. Put their professionalism on display: List observations or
experiences you have that show this person as unique, qualified, or superior to others in a similar position.
3. Give more than just lip service: If possible, make a brief reference to an actual experience with this person.
4. Personalize it: Say something nice about their character. Are they genuine, trustworthy, positively contagious, hard-working, etc?
