Junior evolving

To enhance the professionalism of our franchise's teams, we developed an internal training dedicated to successful and ambitious assistants who envisage forward to become a business manager.

This training, combining theoretical courses and practical experience in store, is intended for assistants who work since minimum 1 year.

The program includes 2 days of training a month distributed over two years. It deals with jobs, sales management, customer relationship and management. All the aspects of the convenience store are approached.At the same time, the assistant is supported in his project by his franchisee who take the guardian's role.

At the end of this training, you will have all the skills to apply for the franchise.
