Features
• Standardized drive system, consisting of SYEHL axes, SYHNC100-NIB axis control and power unit
• Modular design of the completely assembled SYEHL axes, which are tested according to customer specifications. The axes consist of:
- a cylinder with
- analog or digital position measuring system, and a
- shock-proof, dynamic high-response valve with
- integrated valve electronics
• Pressing forces of up to 1200 kN can be achieved, max. nominal pressure 315 bar, standard stroke lengths from
40/45 to 90/95 mm, others on enquiry
• Highly dynamic closed-loop position control with one or up to four cylinder axes that are operated separately by means of the digital SYHNC100-NIB axis control
• All further modules required are integrated in the power unit (pump, motor, filter, cooler, tank)
• A basis version for the drive system consists of a pure high-pressure (HP) circuit. As an option, an energy-efficient, combined high-pressure + low-pressure (HP+LP) circuit is available, which saves up to 50% of the installed power.
Advantages of the standardized drive system
• SYEHL & SYHNC & power unit are delivered as a complete-ly tested and matched system, without interface problems within the drive (hydraulics, electronics)
• Both, “standard“ and “high-end“ components are perfectly matched to each other - a really homogeneous drive axis
• For cylinders with position measuring system no design effort is required for integrating the measuring system into the ma-chine; moreover, the measuring system is optimally protected against environmental influences
• Thanks to easily accessible components, individual items can be easily replaced in the event of a repair
• Realization of high cylinder dynamics, e.g. engraving at up to 50 Hz
• Closed-loop position control with high repeatability < 0.05 mm (and up to 0.001 mm with incremental position measuring system)
• Further systems for other fields of application or application criteria are possible, since Rexroth can dimension the system according to the customer’s requirements

SYHNC100-NIB axis control
• The SYHNC100-NIB-axis is based on the Rexroth standard control HNC100 (closed-loop control for up to four hydrau-lic axes, scanning rate < 0,5 ms, communication with the higher-level control via Profibus-DP, CANopen, SERCOS, NC programming, ..). For further data, pin assignments, component dimensions etc. see data sheets RE 30139, RE 30139-B, RE 30139-U, RE30160-B.
• The SYHNC100-NIB axis control is optimized for highly dynamic operating modes, e.g. for punching, engraving, soft punch, deep drawing / embossing, forming, signing, flang-ing, cutting. Ready software tools are provided in machine language, that is, no further programming required
• Optimization of the control loop of the existing operating modes with the help of R-parameters
• Use of a multi plot function for simplifying commissioning, optimizing the control loop and fault diagnosis
• Optional connection of analog and digital SSI position mea-suring systems

• The completely system is tailored and cost-efficient
