FAQ

Enrollment for this program opens once every quarter for 10 days. On

our website you will find the exact dates for the upcoming enrollment

period.

When can I enroll

No. This program is online and self-paced. Each week, one

module will be unlocked (total of 7 modules). Once a module is

unlocked it will remain available to you until the end of your

access period.

In total, you will need to invest 15 hours to finish the program

within 12 months. But it’s up to you, when you learn and how

much time you spend each week or month.

Is there a fixed schedule?

In total, you will have 12 months of access to the student

portal, all lessons, and learning materials.

How long do I have access to the program?

No. But no worries if you don’t have the time to get started right

away. This program is self-paced so you can just start whenever

you’re ready. You will have a total of 12 months access to the lessons and course

No. We do recommend however that students have at

least 3 years of (HR) work-related experience.

The People Analytics for Business Partners Training course is designed

to equip BPs and other HR stakeholders with the tools to amplify the

impact of people analytics projects and create a data-driven HR

culture. In this course, ‘students’ will learn what People Analytics is

and develop the skills they need to understand and use HR data,

reports and metrics in their daily activities.

The course is not just aimed at BPs. It’s a great way get to the entire

HR staff (HR Managers, Directors, Advisors, etc.) up to speed with
