HR Conclave Organised by CII Telangana on November 15, 2018:
CII Telangana decided to organise a HR Conclave as a major HR event
with focus on “HR The New Age Superhero’s” on November 15, 2018.
We are part of HR/IR panel and thus is the panels flagship initiative.
Keeping in view the reach of CII and the meticulous organisation of earlier
events, we decided to become the principal sponsor of the event. And
accordingly we sponsored the event with benefits like having a stall to
showcase our new courses. Faculty and students were allowed to attend
etc., in addition to our Director presenting awards to the winners.
Eight faculty members and eight students attended the event. The event
was addressed by very good speakers like Dr. Kiranmai Pendyala,
Mr. Srini, Strategist, Mr. Goutham Gosh, Mr. Murlidharan Chairman of
TMI etc.,

The highlight of the event was the address by Mr. V Laxminath, whom our
Director met and interacted apart from inviting him to our campus. Overall
the event proved quite useful to the students as the sessions were enriching
and enlightening too.
The topics covered by the speakers include: Psychological Impact of
Technology on Employees and Role of HR; Top 3 Tools which Every HR
professional should be equipped with; Importance of Feminine Thought
Mindset at Leadership; HR as a differentiator in the Business Leaders
Strategy Mr. Megh Risaldar with his energetic compering and electrified
punches mixed with humour regaled the audience. In the end our Director
gave away the Video competition and HR Rising Star Awards.

During the event our students interacted with industry captains and Faculty
too interacted with them inviting few to our campus.
Taking a holistic look, it can be said that overall the event was a good one
and did help the institute in spreading its net deeper among the corporate.
