Sub: The Lokpal and Lokayuktas Act, 2013 – Submission of declaration

of assets and liabilities by the public servants.

Further to our Circular No: PL/PR&IR15/511 dated 15.05.2015 on the aforementioned subject, al

employees both executive and non- executives, are hereby requested to submit their declaration oassets and liabilities as per the following time line:

a) The first return (as on 1st August, 2014) [as was initially required to be filled by 15 th  September

2014] can now be filled by 15th October, 2015.

b) The next annual return ( as on 31st March, 2015 ) [ as was initially required to be filled by 31

July, 2015] can now be filled by 15th October, 2015.

c) The annual for subsequent years ( as on 31 st March every year) are required to be filled on or

before by 31st July , of that year

Coke Oven department awarded Sri R. P. Singh and Sri PulokChattoraj the Best Employees’ of the Year Award for 2014.
