Ask the candidate questions

specific for the position

Use custom position specific questions in your

recruitment process and get an overview of the

candidates matching the job profile the most.

You can do this in the application process, just

as you can choose to send out questions to the

candidates who are already in the database.

These questions can be shown directly in the

candidate list.

Recruit directly from your mobile device

Download our recruitment app and stay ahead

of the recruitments on the road. All leaders and

users can follow the recruitments directly from

their mobile device. You can see all candidates,

read their attachments, assign ranking, write

notes or communicate directly from your

device. The app is available for both Android

and iOS. All registered data is synchronised

with the system.

Competency based recruitment *

Choose which competencies are most important

for the position and create your own interview guide

for each position. The interview guide can then be

used directly in the system. By defining different

focus areas, you will experience that finding related

questions for later processes will become much

easier. You can also predefine reference templates

to be filled out in the process of gathering

references.

Automatic deletion of candidates

with notification

Talent Recruiter supports automatic deletion

of candidates and gives you complete control.

The system standard for deletion is 6 months

after applying. The system can also configured

to send an email in advance of deletion, which

allows the candidate to choose whether he/

she would like to continue being registered in

the database.

Video CV *

Recruit in a new and modern way by getting a

visual presentation of your candidates. Video

CV is recorded directly from the application

form and will ease your selection process.

This option will give you a more credible and

detailed impression of the candidate. Video

CV can be used from all platforms – including

mobile devices.

Employer branding

Your job advertisements can be designed to

match the company’s branding and layout

– on the advertisement, the job list and the

job agent. We know that attracting the right

candidates is very important. You can also add

smart functions such as contact persons with

links to their LinkedIn profile, visual map from

Google Maps, video presentations, links to

social media and the website, etc.

Interview and reference template *

Use the interview and/or the reference

template in the system, so that all candidate

data is collected in one place. The interview

templates can be filled out after an interview.

The reference templates can be filled out in

relation to a phone interview or when retrieving

references.

PDF with candidate documents

You can gather all candidate documents of the

selected candidates in ONE PDF, which can be

used prior to interviews or to be read, e.g. on

a tablet. Choose the relevant candidates and

create a combined PDF file with the chosen

data and documents that you wish to see.

Hiring committee

Get an overview of your colleagues’

assessment of candidates, and see the score

on each candidate based on average scores

given. This will also allow you to see the

hiring committee members that have already

assessed the candidate and the ones who has

not yet given their assessment.

Communicate directly in the system

The system contains unlimited options for

communications templates, meaning that

you can easily communicate with several

candidates at once. All candidates receive an

automated email confirmation with a ”thank

you for your application”.

Mass inviting candidates

Invite one or more candidates and choose

time slots directly from the system. Set as

many different slots as you wish and decide if

the invitation is to be sent at a later time. The

calendar appointment will be synchronised

directly into your and other meeting

participants’ work calendar.

Approval/Requisition *

Digitalise the process by using the approval

feature directly in the system. The approving

authority must approve before the process can

continue. The approval can be used in one out

of two places in the process; either before a

new position can be created, or before posting

an advertisement.

Job profiles *

You can set up specific job profiles in the

system to clarify which tasks the candidate will

be required to handle, both on the short and

the long term in relation to the particular job

profile. Furthermore, it is possible to define the

position-specific competencies the candidate

Job portals and social media *

Get direct integrations to the company’s social

media, job portals such as Jobindex, Monster,

LinkedIn, Multiposting, Nav and Finn, as well

as email systems, your web page and intranet.

Documents can be sent with digital

signature

Employment contracts and other documents

can be sent digitally to the candidate, who then

signs with their NemID, BankID or global touch.

You have the option to either generate or upload

a document, as well as which users must sign the

document. You can always follow the process

and when the document has been signed it will

be returned to Talent Recruiter automatically.

Project workflow

You can easily transfer a recruitment project

to others in the company at a specific point in

the process, e.g. when a leader has typed in

the basic information and wishes to transfer it

to the HR department, whom then creates the

job advertisement and publishes it. The project

workflow can be divided into statuses that can

be set up on the user role which again can be

filtered in your overview of recruitments.

Generate employment contracts

Keep your standard contracts in the system

with predefined variables for candidate data

which is automatically inserted. You can add

checkboxes, free text and drop-down lists for

the fields that vary from contract to contract.

Integrations to your AD and external

systems

The candidates’ data and relevant information

can be exported by integrations, directly

to HR systems, Active directories, payroll

systems, and many more. You can also invite

candidates to complete assessments and

receive the result in Talent Recruiter. We also

offer API documentation, which can be used

for other integrations, like we have done with

Single Sign-on.

Text message module

Communicate with your candidates by text

messages and catch them on the go. With a text

messaging module, you will be able to create

templates for e.g. invitation for interview,

reminders, and much more. It is also possible

to send a text message in your own wording to

chosen candidates in the system.

With video interview, you have the option of

sending out a number of questions to chosen

candidates which must be answered in a video.

The candidates receive a link with the questions

and then they record their video(s). When they

send it back, the videos will be visible in the

system.

1. Appraisal (MUS)

The module gives you the opportunity to create

open and analytical questions with a GAP

analysis between leaders and employees. The

appraisal form can be sent electronically to

both the leader and the employee, who can fill

it out and choose a time slot for the appraisal

meeting.

2. Internal and external CV

The module provides the option to create CV

templates in the company’s own visual design

where both leaders and employees can update

their information like work experience, projects

etc. The CV’s can be used for the construction

and consulting businesses among others and

for licensing rounds.

3. Competency management

This module provides the option of mapping

customized competencies towards clear goals.

This reflects easily on the dashboard per

employee, per department, or for the entire

company. The competencies can be based on

job profiles or overall for the entire company.

4. Courses and certificates

This module is used to register own courses

and certificates, with a reminder before the

certificate expires. All courses and certificates

can be maintained by both the leader and the

employee. The overview can be seen directly

from the dashboard.

This module allows for leaders to follow

the future potential that an employee or a

department may possess. This means that it

is possible to detect the positions that may be

relevant for specific employees in a very user-

friendly fashion. The specific employee will

thereby become more visible.

6. Survey

You have the option of creating and sending

out surveys for selected employees or all

employees. A survey is not only an online

tool which gives you the opportunity to ask

questions but it is also a great way of receiving

insight in what your employees think, feel, and

most importantly – what they want.
