HOW WE DO IT, AND HOW IT BENEFITS YOUCo-employment Relationship

Co-employment is a relationship where the PEO acts as the Administrative Employer of Record while the client retains full control over worksite employees. As a PEO, DHR outsourcing provides clients with access to Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) Services. These services include turnkey solutions in areas critical to the success of their business.

Co-employment is a legally recognized relationship. Since this arrangement allows the PEO to be recognized as the Employer of Record the client’s liabilities for WC, SUTA, and Payroll taxes are shifted to the PEO. Additionally, you benefi t from economies of scale under our master policies, such as our workers’ compensation program with AIG.
