It is requested that as you complete the test you take screen shots of each action and paste these into the results step worksheets (that correlate to the test step). Entry criteria for testing: • Unit testing has successfully been completed • Testers have access to the test environment • Testers have the correct role / security profile to execute testing Exit Criteria: • Testing has been executed as per the approved User Acceptance Test Plan • All user acceptance test results have been documented in the provided test script
