Administration and Settings Module

The Admin user (Administrator) has the permission to access the Administration Module and Settings module.

Company Structure creation, Master data for company HR Management activities can be created/updated by

these modules.

To create the company structure and master data for the company HR Management activities followings features

of Administration module and Settings modules are used.

Personal Information Management

This module is used to maintain all employees in a given company, including personal information, job details,

emergency contacts, etc. This is the most important (and beneficial) module of HRM which includes the features

of define an employee, search an employee, Terminate an employee, Define a eligibility for rehire for the

terminated employee, Remove an employee.

The Administrator can:

Leave Management

Leave module with extensive possibilities of defining leave types and to track the leave request from the employee.

When logged in, each employee can request a leave and this request are sent to the administrator via email. The

functionality of the leave module differs depending on the rights of the user. The Leave module will be described

from the perspective of an Administrator and Employee.

The Administrator can:

Define Leave Types

View Leave summary for each employee

Manage the leave request

The Employee can:

Apply for the Leave

View the personal leave summary

Time Sheet and Attendance

Attendance information can be input manually or via a biometric device

Timesheet feature allows employees to enter and then submit timesheets containing the number of

hours they have worked on specific projects and activities

This module assist HR head, when making strategic decisions to improve employee productivity

and efficiency, and ultimately reduce waste and minimize loss due to employee downtime.

Track shift in shift out track record for each employee, integration with leave module to keep HR

person free from calculating and managing attendance and leave details of employees.

Travel & Asset Management

Travel module with extensive possibilities of defining travel types, travel mode and to track the travel request

from the employee. When logged in, each employee can request a travel and this request are sent to the

administrator via email. The functionality of the travel module differs depending on the rights of the user. The

Travel module will be described from the perspective of an Administrator and Employee

The Administrator can:

• Define Travel Mode, Travel Type

• Manage the Travel request

• View Travel summary for all the employee

The Employee can:

• Apply for the Travel

• View the personal travel summary

All company owned resources assigned to employees are tracked.

Attach documents such as word, excel, pdf’s to assets.

An employee may view their leave summary to keep track of their leave entitlements, leave taken and leave carried forward

Employee self-service is a powerful tool providing employees of the company with the ability to view relevant information such as personal information‚ updating personal information with web-enabled PC without the assistance of HR staff.. The functionality of this module spans through the entire system‚ making information available anywhere‚ anytime. Of course all information is subject to company defined security policy‚ where employees can only view the information he / she is authorized to.
