About Us

The Double C&N’s was established in the year 2010 as a restaurant formed by three individuals

engaged in cooking and food service industry. Our main store is located at Double C&N bldg,

BrgySambong, Mendez, Tagaytay City, Cavite. Philippines.

We started offering the different varieties of pizza on the year 2010. Pizzas were named after the

characters of the popular anime One Piece. Each pizza was inspired by each of the character. Our

bestselling pizza that brought us to the top at the end of 2010 is the “Luffy Pizza” that is topped with

spicy meat that symbolizes Luffy’sfearlessness; this pizza will really waken up your sleeping soul

because of its spiciness mixed with the tanginess to balance that will definitely make you want to eat

more of it. Pirates will not be pirates without a beer or rum so to complete our pirate set-up and with the

demand of our treasures (customers) we added a mini-bar on our restaurant to spice things up. The mini-

bar has its own bartender and high-class cocktails and classic beers are served.Due to the popularity of

One Piece-themed pizza, we have decided to introduce our product to the south. We opened our branch

restaurant at Boracay (2011) and Davao (2012) for these are tourist destinations.

We are proud to say that we have the best executive that has exceptional talent and world-class

experience that helped contribute to reach the success that we have now. As of today we have a total

number of 120 employees within our branches. Each branch has 40 trustworthy and extraordinary

employees.

Bravery- Open to take risks for our restaurant. Even though the risk will cost us lot of time and

money, we must still push through it if it really has high demand. Like a pirate, we must go and

Position Title: Chief Executive

Objective: Manages the entire restaurant operation; responsible for running a profitable and

successful business.

Determine and formulate policies and provide overall direction of companies or private

and public sector organizations within guidelines set up by a board of directors or similar

governing body. Plan, direct, or coordinate operational activities at the highest level of

management with the help of subordinate executives and staff managers.

Major Responsibilities

Direct or coordinate an organization's financial or budget activities to fund operations,

maximize investments, or increase efficiency.

Appoint department heads or managers and assign or delegate responsibilities to them.

Analyze operations to evaluate performance of a company or its staff in meeting

objectives or to determine areas of potential cost reduction, program improvement, or

policy change.

Direct, plan, or implement policies, objectives, or activities of organizations or businesses

to ensure continuing operations, to maximize returns on investments, or to increase

productivity.

Prepare budgets for approval, including those for funding or implementation of programs.

Position Title: Advertising and Promotions Managers

Objective: Plan, direct, or coordinate advertising policies and programs or produce collateral

materials, such as posters, contests, coupons, or give-aways, to create extra interest in the

purchase of a product or service for a department, an entire organization, or on an account basis.

Plan and prepare advertising and promotional material to increase sales of products or

services, working with customers, company officials, sales departments, and advertising

agencies.

activities, and working on marketing and community outreach strategies. May also help to set

menu prices and purchase supplies.

Position Title:Assistant Manager

Objective:They assist the manager with training duties, help with decision making, and fill in if

the manager has the day off.

Major Responsibilities

Second in command, but not less important, assistant managers are essential for every

busy restaurant.

Maintains overall management responsibilities for the foodservice unit/establishment.

Directs, coordinates, and participates in preparation, cooking, wrapping or packing food

serviced or prepared by establishment, collects payment from in-house or take-out

customers, and assembles food orders.

Coordinates workers who keep business records, collect and pay accounts, order or

purchase supplies, and deliver food to retail customers.

Interviews, hires and trains personnel.

May contact prospective customers to promote sale of prepared foods. May establish

delivery routes and schedules.

Position Title:Kitchen Manager

Objective:Manages operations behind kitchen doors. 

Major Responsibilities

Like general managers, kitchen managers are responsible for hiring and firing employees,

buying supplies and ingredients, and ensuring quality

Purchase food and stock, and make sure everyone is trained on proper food preparation

and kitchen safety techniques.

Responsible for the overall operations for the back of house and kitchen area of a

restaurant

Qualifications

A considerable amount of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is needed for

these occupations.

Position Title:Executive Chef

Objective: Make sure that every aspect of the food that is prepared and served.

Position Title:Sous Chef

Objective:If the executive chef is off-duty, the sous chef is responsible for keeping the kitchen

running as usual.

Major Responsibilities

Second in fine kitchen command is the sous chef.

Like executive chefs, sous chefs are held to very high standards.

Making sure that food leaving the kitchen is up to standards.

Reporting to the head chef,

Overseeing the preparation and cooking of food at restaurants, diners, and other

operations where somebody can get a bite to eat.

Position Title:Line Cook

Objective: Responsible for one or multiple areas of the kitchen, such as the grill or fryer,

depending upon the size and scale of the restaurant.

Major Responsibilities

Weigh and measure ingredients, go after pots and pans, and stir and strain soups and

sauces.

They also clean, peel, and slice vegetables and fruits and make salads.

They may cut and grind meats, poultry, and seafood in preparation for cooking.

Major Responsibilities

Ensure that the chefs have ingredients in easy reach when they are creating the evening’s

dinner. If a dish calls for shredded cheese, you can bet that the prep cook has it ready to

go for the chef

Position Title:Bartender

Objective: Prepare standard mixed drinks and, occasionally, are asked to mix drinks to suit a

customer's taste.

Major Responsibilities

To ensure they meet the minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcohol and

tobacco products.

Bartenders usually are responsible for ordering and maintaining an inventory of liquor,

mixes, and other bar supplies.

Takes drink orders from patrons or servers and prepares and serves alcoholic and non-

alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes.

Mixes ingredients for cocktails and serves wine and bottled or draught beer.

Rings drink orders into register, collect payment and makes change.

May also wash and sterilize glassware, prepare garnishes for drinks and prepare and

replenish appetizers.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Culinary or related degree

Position Title:Host

Objective: Responsible for answering phone calls and scheduling reservations.

Major Responsibilities

A host or hostess is responsible for the customers' initial reaction in any casual or fine

dining restaurant.

They must smile and greet customers, then take them to their seats and distribute menus.

Must have an excellent memory and work well under pressure.

Position Title:Server

Objective: Must be professional, polite, and reliable. Must be able to learn and describe food

proficiently.

Major Responsibilities

Must arrange reservations and seat guests, but are also responsible for management duties

in the dining room.

A good server can make or break the customer experience.

Responsible for taking orders in a friendly manner, reporting orders to the kitchen, and

calculating the bill, servers play an essential role in any casual or fine dining restaurant.

Ability to work quickly and efficiently.

Take customer's orders, serve food and beverages, prepare itemized checks, and

sometimes accept payments.

Position Title: Busser

Objective:The Bus persons assist the server by monitoring and cleaning tables throughout

service.

Major Responsibilities

Servers’ jobs easier by delivering the food from the kitchen to the table both quickly and

safely.

It is their responsibility to ensure that food arrives as soon as it is ready, and at the proper

temperature.

An essential part of keeping a casual or fine dining restaurant clean, bussers are

responsible for clearing and cleaning tables to prepare for the next customer. They may

also assist servers by filling water glasses for customers.

Qualifications

Position Title:Dishwasher

Objective:Keep the kitchen clean and clear of garbage and hazardous clutter.

Major Responsibilities

Essential members of any restaurant staff, dishwashers are not only responsible for

making sure dishware is spotless.

Keeping the kitchen clean during a shift, takes out trash, cleans floors, etc.Keeps the

kitchen staff supplied with clean dishes, pots, pans and utensils. 

Always the last person to leave at night so is prepared for some late nights (especially on

the weekends).

Even after the last table's been served, the kitchen needs to be cleaned and the trash has to

be emptied.

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 months of work experience

Position Title:Delivery Driver

Objectives:As a food delivery driver, you'll deliver food to people's homes, take money and

make change. Part of your pay check will come from tips, so you'll want to be fast and friendly.

Major Responsibilities

Perform pre-trip examination of vehicle.

Pack pizzas and related products and deliver to customer’s place.

Collect cash and coupons from customers and receive signature with necessary

verification of ID from credit card account.

Drive personal or employee owned vehicle to deliver customer orders in time. Promote

pizza products; distribute door hangers and promotional materials.

Sell pizzas and products over well-known routes. Document and keep record of

information on pick-ups and deliveries, automobile mileage, fuel costs and any problems

encountered.

Communicate with central pizza office by means of cellular telephone or citizens’ band

(CB) radio.

Collect payment of delivered pizzas.

Prepare a number of products, wash dishes, operate pizza oven, sweep floors, and carry

out closing tasks per company standards

Qualifications

At least high school graduate or must have vocational diploma/ short course certificate,

any field.

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Demonstrated ability to answer phones, taking orders by means of computerized POS,

and assisting in the kitchen

Great customer service skills

Possess a valid driver’s license with a reliable and insured car

Exceptional practical driving skills and road safety awareness
