Tenant Spotlight : COFFEE PLANET
Coffee Planet is the capital district’s premier coffee house serving the finest
quality coffees from around the world. You will find a full espresso bar, drip
coffee with brews changing daily, as well as smoothies, bagels, pastries, soups,
salads, and sandwiches. Coffee Planet offers free Wi-Fi, as well as live music on
weekends and First Fridays.
Established in 2003 Coffee Planet emerged in downtown Ballston Spa at the
very beginning of its revitalization. At that time, most storefronts were vacant
and Ballston Spa was considered a drive thru community that people passed on
the way to Saratoga. Today, downtown Ballston Spa’s storefronts are filled with
a diverse mix of locally owned businesses that attract many visitors from near
and far. It has become a downtown that is looked upon by other communities
as a role model of what a revitalized business district can become. Ballston Spa
also boasts many events such as Concerts in the Park, First Fridays, The Way We
Were Car Show, Farmer’s Market, Movies in the Park to name a few.
Coffee Planet is located at 100 Milton Avenue (Route 50) right in the middle of
this vibrant downtown. Stop in and check us out! We’re open Monday thru Sat-
urday 7am-7pm. Sundays from 8am-3pm and 7am-9pm on First Fridays. Visit us

Tenant News and Updates: Parking at 36 Front Street: All tenants with two cars, please park in tandem spaces first. If all tan-
dem spaces are full then fill the single spaces. Please have all guests park
in the street or public lots. This will help make sure there is ample park-
ing with the snow season coming.
Please use door stops to prop open doors when necessary. Please do not
leave the doors propped opened. When you are finished please close
the doors to keep the heat in and maintain a secure building.
Plowing:
We will do our best to notify you in advance when the plow will be com-
ing. Please try to cooperate and get all cars out of the lot. It is much eas-
ier for us to keep the lot free of snow and ice when all the cars are
moved.
Parking at Ruhle Road: Please do not park in front of the dumpster and do not park behind park-
ing spots. Use the spaces that are designated and have all guests park
on the street.
