It was opened in 1989 with the medical specialties of: Surgery, Ob/Gyne, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine OR, ICU,

NICU,PICU, Hemodialysis, Medical Imaging, Respiratory, Cardiology, Physiotherapy and E.R. In addition, the hospital supports

eight major outlying Primary Care Clinics and a Dental Centrum. The inpatient rooms are all equipped with the latest medical

equipment and appliances for the comfort and privacy of patients.

Besides the main Administration offices, there are Medical Administration, Nursing Administration, Pharmaceutical Services,

Patient Services, Medical Records, Laboratory, Alternative Medicine, Academic Affairs & Training, Medical Library, Laundry, CSSD,

Material Management, Manpower, Recruitment, Maintenance, Support Services and Finance.

In line with the great development that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has witnessed in all fields, especially the medical care, many modern medical facilities have been established to provide the best medical service to all MODA staff (Military & Civilians) and their families.
