OVERVIEW

OVERVIEW• Rollout of a streamlined Non Competing Continuation

(NCC) Process• Full application no longer required• Effective Fiscal Year 2011, NCC Progress Report in lieu of

the full grant application• Eligibility based on:

- completion of the progress and performance

- approved goals and objectives- compliance with terms and conditions- availability of funding

• NCC Progress Reports submitted directly into EHBs

ACCESSING the NCC PROGRESS REPORT in EHBs

• Select VIEW PORTFOLIO from the left side menu

• Choose the appropriate grant record, Click “OPEN GRANT HANDBOOK”

• The ‘Welcome Page’ for the Grant Handbook corresponding to the link you clicked will be displayed. (Note that the screen contains a different left side menu than before)

• Click the “Noncompeting Continuations” link under the Submissions heading on the left side menu.(The NCCs Page will be displayed)

• Click “Begin Submission” or “Edit Submission” link corresponding to the desired progress report.
