Within a heavy drinking culture people often find it hard to take a break from drinking due to social and psychological expectations that reinforce the behaviour. This means they often miss out on doing the things they want to do with their life.

We provide a very public, social contract for individuals to commit and be supported in taking the break they want to take while achieving their personal goals.
