maintenance and downtime reduction.

Special body materials are available

(Duplex, Hastelloy, Inconel ...)

All internal parts are designed and

tested using most advanced FEA &

CFD tools for an optimal

development of mechanical parts

affecting the HTM turbine meter

performance.

Cross-plates supporting the HTM rotor

are welded on the cartridge two parts

system. This ensures a perfect bearing

set alignment. The friction is therefore

reduced for best measurement

repeatability.

Unlike other turbine assembly systems,

the HTM measuring chamber can be

removed and then re-installed without

need of recalibration.

Bearings tungsten carbide grade is

carefully selected to minimize the

erosion even in harsh conditions such as

sand content in hydrocarbons.

Lubrication is done by means of small

ducts embedded in the bearing pockets,

preventing the accumulation of particles

or paraffin that could increase the

friction.
